Price changes will apply to new billing cycles after the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

2b. Credits and Credit Limits

Credits are consumed to access AI-powered features (such as video generation and image generation). Credit allocations are specified in your selected plan. Credits that come with a paid subscription are non-transferable and expire if unused at the end of the applicable billing cycle (unless otherwise stated). Purchased top-up credits do not expire on active paid plans.

2c. Protection Against Pricing Errors and Misconfiguration

Qten uses a third-party billing infrastructure (Stripe) to manage products, prices, and payment processing. In the event of a technical error, misconfiguration, or system fault that results in an incorrect price being presented, charged, or applied to your account — including but not limited to erroneous discounts, incorrect credit allocations, or unintended plan features — Qten reserves the right to correct the error and charge the correct price going forward. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users. Qten shall not be liable for any losses, indirect damages, or loss of anticipated savings arising from a pricing correction following a billing system error or misconfiguration. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at support@qten.ai within 30 days of the charge.

2d. Promotional Pricing

From time to time, Qten may offer promotional, introductory, or discounted pricing. Promotional pricing is offered at Qten's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Promotional pricing is not guaranteed to continue for the duration of your subscription.

3. Use of Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to track your usage of the Site and for marketing purposes. By using the Site, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

Once you connect your content to a social media platform, its use will be governed by its terms. For example, if you choose to connect your YouTube account to the Services, This connection uses YouTube's API services, and the YouTube Terms of Service located at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms will apply to you.
